Use of Social-Media-Plugins
Plug-ins to the social network Facebook are integrated into our website (Facebook Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland). You can recognize the plug-ins by the Facebook logo. If you visit one of our pages which contains such a plug-in, your browser will create a direct connection to the Facebook servers. In this way, Facebook is notified that you visited our page with your IP address. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by clicking on the like button or writing a comment, the corresponding information will be transferred directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. As this transfer happens directly, we do not receive any knowledge of the transferred data. Please find information on the purpose and scope of data collection by Facebook, further processing and use of data by Facebook, and your related rights and configuration options to protect your privacy in the Facebook privacy notice at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation
Plug-ins to the social network XING are integrated into our website. XING is an internet based social network, which allows users to connect with existing business contacts and make new business contacts. The operating company of XING is XING SE, Dammtorstraße 30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Every time one of the individual pages on this website is accessed, which has a XING component (XING plug-in) integrated in it, the internet browser on the end device of the data subject will automatically be prompted by the relevant XING component to download a representation of the relevant XING components from XING. You can find more information about the XING plug-ins at https://dev.xing.com/plugins. In the course of this technical procedure, XING receives knowledge about which specific sub-page of our website the data subject visited.
If the data subject is logged into XING at the same time, XING recognizes with every access to our website by the data subject and for the whole period of the relevant time spent on our website, which specific sub-page of our website the data subject visited. This information will be collected by the XING component and assigned by XING to the relevant XING account of the data subject. If the data subject presses one of the XING buttons integrated on our website, for example the “share” button, XING assigns this information to the personal XING user account of the data subject, and stores this personal data.
XING receives information from the XING component that the data subject has visited our website, whenever the data subject is logged into XING at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the XING component or not. If the data subject does not want such information to be transferred to XING, this can be prevented by logging out of their XING account before accessing our website.
The data protection provisions published by XING, which can be accessed at https://www.xing.com/privacy, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by XING. Furthermore, XING published the privacy notice for the XING share button at https://www.xing.com/app/share?op=data_protection.
